Real abscissas for a point histogram

Arguments: REALLIST
Description
A list of real abscissa (“x” coordinate) values characterizing the
probability density function for each of the real
histogram_point_uncertain variables. These must be listed in
increasing order for each variable, and are paired with
counts. See
histogram_point_uncertain for details and examples.
