Preserve the work directory after function evaluation completion

Default: remove work directory
Description
By default, when a working directory is created by Dakota using the
work_directory keyword, it is deleted after the evaluation is
completed. The directory_save keyword will cause Dakota to leave
(not delete) the directory.
