export_chain_points_file

Export the MCMC chain to the specified filename

Specification

• Alias: None

• Arguments: STRING

• Default: chain export to default filename

Description

The filename to which the final MCMC posterior chain will be exported.

Default Behavior No export to file.

Expected Output

A tabular data file will be produced in the specified format (annotated by default) containing samples from the posterior distribution.
