Secondary mappning of top-level variables to sub-model variables

Default: primary mappings into sub-model variables are value-based
Description
The primary_variable_mapping, secondary_variable_mapping,
primary_response_mapping, and secondary_response_mapping keywords control
how top-level variables and responses are mapped to variables
and responses in the sub-model. Their usage is explained on
the parent keyword ( sub_method_pointer) page.
