The parameters file is used by Dakota to pass the parameter values to the
analysis driver. The name of the file can be optionally specified using
the parameters_file keyword.
If this is not specified, the default data transfer files are
temporary files with system-generated names (e.g.,
/tmp/dakota_params_aaaa0886).
