**Description**


*Default Behavior*
No import of points at which to evaluate the surrogate.

*Expected Output*
The PCE/SC surrogate model will be evaluated at the list of points
(input variable values) provided in the file and results tabulated
and/or statistics computed at them, depending on the method context.
